Beta is a 10 hour introduction to St Luke's CoL.  The course is sometimes held over a Friday night and Saturday, and at other times over four successive weeks.  The course is designed to be fun and informative, covering: 

            1. The vision, values and mission of St Luke's CoL;

            2. Anglican belief and practice - Such things as why and when we kneel, sit, walk and stand; finding your way around the prayer book;  baptism, confirmation, marriage, communion, and the other "big three"; how we are different from and similar to other Christian traditions; and

            3. Our relationship with the Episcopal Church and with the Diocese of Florida.
